This is the white plaskon Remler model 6000 in Remler's Scottie series,
made in the late '40s, a later version of the MP5-5-3.
It featured a drop-down handle behind the dial.
This feature caused cracks at the rear corners of the dial
and is rarely found without this damage.
This version did not have the California stationized dial scale and used 12 volt tubes,
making it much lighter than the heavy transformer chassis used on the MP5-5-3.
