Australian AWA Fisk Beetle"Fret & Foot"
The radio is as I received it from New Zealand in April 2000. It is all original.I've only used it for display since it runs on 220volts, so I'm unsure if it is working,
although I was told it worked when I received it, so chances are it does, but no guarantee.
The cloth power cord, chassis and speaker look to be in excellent condition as the rear photo shows.
There are no cracks, hairlines or repairs in the brown bakelite cabinet.
There are some scuffs and scratches on the top, one on the right side, and a couple tiny nicks, all visible in the photos.
There is a short crack in the beetle grill on the lower right side visible in the photos.
The escutcheon has a scratch and is a little pitted.
The knobs, dial, dial cover, dial pointer, grill cloth and the beetle feet are in excellent condition. The AWA badge has a slight nick on the right side of it.
So, ...no major defects - it is really a beautiful radio, with an amazing design.
Please look at the photos closely - I want the buyer to know exactly what to expect.
